Our unit is located at Panikoili, in Jajpur District of Odisha and has two numbers of in house par-boiled milling capacities of 12 MTPH. We are having our own storage capacity of around 40,000Mts in the shape of Silos &godowns. The journey of Krupalu Rice Industries Pvt. Ltd. started in the year 2005from a small paddy trading firm of Shri Anirudha Dash, under the name of Krupalu Agency. This is his vision and strong determination which has brought our company to this level as it is today and it would surely establish a mark for itself in the rice industry in near future. Thisyear Mr. Trilochan Dash, the elder son of the founder joined the family business after completion of his management studies and contributed towards strategic planning for development & growth. We have converted our paddy trading business into a Paddy processing unit of 6 MTPH capacity and started operation in the name & style of Krupalu Rice Industries. The business accelerated to a new height and started catering to Odisha market and other neighboring states also. The demand for our product has grown up dramatically year on year. In the year 2009, to meet up with the demand for our rice, we have started setting up another Paddy processing unit of 6MTPH capacity adjacent to the previous unit under the same group. In the year 2013, Mr. Ashirbad Dash, youngest son of the founder also joined business after his management studies. The business has grown up to a new height with the participation of both the sons.Since then, the company is moving towards achieving its objective and reaching new heights through its dedicated work force, upgraded machineries supplied by leading machine manufacturing companies and under the guidance & management of its founder.
Harekrishna rice processing & Exports, a fully automated rice mill equipped with imported machineries & having a capacity of 12MTPH established in the year 2016 under “Krupalu Group”. After having control over quality parameters, demand for our product in the market has grown up. By this time, our existing market has grown from Odisha to Andhra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Kerala, West Bengal & other states. At present we cater to our valued clients all over India and supplying to other countries like Srilanka, Bangladesh, West Africa & Vietnam.
Krupalu Solvent, another group unit established in the year 2018, which is engaged in solvent extraction from rice bran, capacity 300 TPD. Here we produce around 60 MT of crude rice bran oil & 240 MT of De-oiled rice bran which is used as a cattle feed & poultry feed ingredient. Dr. Harekrushna Dash, MDS, joined the family business & this unit is growing under his visionary leadership & guidance. At present crude rice bran oil is being sold out to local refinery units &De-oiled rice bran is supplied for poultry, cattle & fish feed manufacturing units in various states of India & abroad.
Krupalu Refinery, 100 TPD rice bran oil refinery plant established in the year 2023 under Krupalu Group. Here we produce refined rice bran oil & sale it in domestic market under our registered brand “ Mama’s Choice”.
Krupalu Organics, 400 TPDOrganic fertilizers manufacturing plant established during 2023 under Krupalu Group. The objective is to fortify soil life by providing organic matter to the micro-organisms in the soil at a natural rate without over-concentration of any element. It provides balanced nutrition without harmful residues. Regular use of chemical fertilizers decreases soil fertility over a period in addition to environmental pollution problems due to the accumulation of salts and chemical run-off.
